THE TEAM The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Boutique Director, you will: Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people in the right place at the right time Own or elevate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 CAD per year. Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with endless growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
