This Customer Service Assistant position focuses on online service-change forms and administrative intake. You will check account references, required fields, requested actions, preferred dates, and verification details. The work supports authorized reviewers without approving changes, setting dates, or interpreting contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Review assigned online service-change forms carefully
Check account references and required fields
Record exact requested changes and preferred dates
Request missing details using approved questions
Route complete submissions to authorized teams

Requirements:

Careful reading of written customer requests
Comfort leaving decisions to authorized reviewers
Clear communication when requesting missing information
Ability to protect private account information
Beginners welcome; employer training provided
