As a marketing technician ; You will be responsible for planning, carrying out and evaluating the marketing communications plan and promotional activities of various forms with a view to improving the customer experience. Your tasks will be:
- Collaborate with the entire team in the development and implementation of the communications-marketing plan in order to promote the brand and contribute to the company's objectives;
- Develop, deploy and evaluate innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns on different platforms (Google, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, newspapers, radio, etc.);
- Stay regularly up to date with news on industry trends and developments; Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with company sales objectives;
- Contribute to the content of the website, support as well as social media and implement tactics aimed at stimulating traffic to our website;
- Carry out integrated promotional campaigns including print (leaflets, advertising placements) and digital (web pages, campaign, social media, etc.); Monitor, analyze and present performance reports on various marketing initiatives and make recommendations to optimize performance;
- Contribute to the organization and promotion of various events (conferences, exhibitions, fairs, shows) and congresses;
- Maintain the various customer contact lists up to date in connection with our customer communications;
- Collect and analyze data related to customer experience and satisfaction with our products and services;
- Write statistical reports on sales, markets, marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve its objectives;
- Enjoy working with the public, because contact with people is frequent;
- Know your products and services very well in order to better develop promotion and development strategies;
- Interpersonal skills and a sense of persuasion to successfully obtain sales results and convince both the sales team and members of management of the merits of your proposed marketing strategies;
- Imagination and creativity;
- Sense of responsibility and good judgment;
- Organizational skills, to properly manage all data relating to products, services, markets and target consumers;
- Analytical mind, because decisions must be carefully studied before being executed;
- Good problem-solving skills because you will have to resolve all kinds of problems relating to promotion and product development;
- Leadership and dynamism because you will be called upon to actively participate in the activities necessary for the proper functioning of the unit;
- Excellent command of the spoken and written French language in order to express yourself clearly and professionally during meetings with various production managers and with members of management or external partners and to write quality reports;
- Very good knowledge of English (bilingualism is often required): in order to express yourself clearly and professionally during meetings with the various managers and employees of the department and with members of management or external partners and to write quality reports, including by teleconference with members of the company or partners located around the world.
