Compensation
Compensation
- Base salary between $45,000 - $55,000 with annual bonus potential, tailored to your experience and performance.
- Full health and dental coverage
- Retirement savings plan with a 3% employer contribution
- Three weeks of vacation for less than five years of experience, increasing with tenure
- Paid sick days and wellness days to promote work-life balance
- Educational support to help you develop your skills
- Assist producers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
- Support inbound walk-in clients and scheduled appointments
- Manage policy changes and customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with CSR team members
- Maintain accurate records within insurance management systems
- 1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience or a strong desire to transition from personal lines
- Proficiency with BMS
- Level 1 insurance license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Able to work full time in office
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
