IT Site Specialist Role at Kruger

Take on the role of IT Site Specialist at Kruger, where you’ll provide critical support for hardware and software in a fast-paced environment. Engage with users while managing networks and troubleshooting issues. Reporting to the IT Site Manager, you will focus on installing and maintaining IT systems while delivering timely support to plant staff. You will play a key role in documenting IT inquiries and ensuring compliance with security protocols. Your technical skills will be vital in maintaining network reliability and user training. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT hardware and software systems
- Resolve user inquiries and service desk tickets
- Conduct training sessions for software applications
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure
- Prepare IT performance reports and documentation
- Diploma in recognized computer technology program
- 1-3 years in an IT support role
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities
