About the Role: The Fleet Administrative Assistant plays a key role in support our fleet team's coordination and distribution of work. Exemplary organizational skills are vital for efficiently managing schedules and maintenance records. Essential Functions Asset Tracking & Updating SharePoint & JDE Work with warehouse for the updating and confirmation of WPE assets
Non- MYR Fleet Asset tracking
Sign in and out of equipment/tools of certain classifications
Utilize tracking software for tools entering/exiting warehouse
Periodic Site visits or Direction of Site inspections of tools/assets for confirmation
Compile and storing maintenance records
Create new ways to reduce overall costs by identifying areas in need of improvement
Geotab Coordinate with MYR Fleet with Geotab
Assist WPE employees with Geotab and schedule training as needed
Review/compile Geotab data (Dashboard Report) for weekly review
Compile WPE Policy documents/procedures with Safety Department
Fleet transfer forms & insurance
Schedule CVI's, NDT's, Crane Certs, etc. and compiling documents in JDE and/or SharePoint
Cross check and schedule maintenance and engine light codes
Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable About You: Qualifications - MS Office and fleet management systems, including JDE, Geotab and SharePoint, is necessary to navigate the complexities of the role
- Strong problem-solving abilities position you to address challenges quickly and effectively, while excellent time management ensures that all responsibilities are handled with precision
- Minimum 1 year of general administrative or data entry experience is required; relevant school or workplace-related experience may be considered
- High school diploma or GED is required
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Additional company training is provided.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while supporting management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with a good attitude
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Salary , $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
