Responsabilités
- Tches valuer les oprations quotidiennes
- Contrler les recettes pour dterminer le cot de la main-d''uvre
- Surveiller le rendement du personnel
- Planifier et organiser les oprations quotidiennes
- Recruter du personnel
- Fixer les horaires de travail du personnel
- Superviser le personnel
- Former le personnel
- Faire la caisse et remplir des feuilles de bilan, des tats de caisse et des pices justificatives
- Effectuer des examens de rendement
- Organiser et tenir un inventaire jour
- Voir ce que les rgles de sant et de scurit soient respectes
- Prendre part l''laboration et la mise en oeuvre de plans de marketing
- Diriger des particuliers ou leur donner des instructions
- Rgler les plaintes des clients et rpondre leurs proccupations
- Fournir le service la clientle
- Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tches, de l''hygiene et des normes de scurit
- Superviser et coordonner les activits du personnel qui prprepare et rpartit les aliments
- Rdiger et soumettre des rapports
- Tenir les registres des stocks, des rparations, des ventes et des pertes
- tablir des mthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail
