Le rôle
Vous serez responsable de piloter et d'assembler les soumissions de A à Z sur des projets institutionnels, en collaboration directe avec le Directeur du secteur institutionnel et les spécialistes techniques internes.
- Coordination des appels d'offres et des parties prenantes internes
- Analyse des plans et devis — identification des spécialités requises
- Gestion des sous-traitants : demandes de prix, suivi, analyse des soumissions reçues
- Assemblage complet des dossiers de soumission et stratégies d'estimation
- Identification des exigences contractuelles (échéanciers, garanties, assurances)
- Présentation des dossiers au directeur pour validation finale
Ce qu'on recherche
- Expérience en estimation en construction (3 ans minimum)
- Bonne lecture de plans — tous types de construction (génie civil, bâtiment, institutionnel)
- Capacité à coordonner plusieurs disciplines et assembler des soumissions complexes
- Profil rigoureux, autonome, à l'aise pour gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français/anglais)
- Expérience en institutionnel public : atout important
