Our dynamic team is growing and we are searching for the right individual to join our Spence Studio Team in Vancouver, BC, as a Jewelry Polisher. This is a long term, rewarding career opportunity.
As a Jewelry Polisher, your focus would be on polishing both newly created rings and rings sent in for maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to process a high volume of rings while maintaining an exceptional level of quality. They will have all the skills necessary to polish any ring, from plain bands to detailed engagement rings.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in jewelry industry
- Desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Highly organized, detail oriented and efficient with time
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment, and interact closely with team members
Responsibilities:
- Assist in polishing production area
- Pre-polish and final polish jewelry
- Support lead goldsmiths and other studio team members
- Inspect job orders before and after processing to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues to the Production Manager
- Report discrepancies to the Production Manager
- Other duties as instructed by the Production Manager
Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $24 per hour
- The successful candidate's starting pay rate will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
