VOTRE RÔLE
Relevant du directeur Amélioration continue et Formation, le spécialiste en amélioration continue joue un rôle clé dans l'évolution de la performance de l'usine. Il collabore étroitement avec les différents départements et services afin d'identifier, de développer et de réaliser des projets visant à optimiser les procédés, améliorer les façons de faire et rehausser continuellement les standards de l'organisation.
Véritable agent de changement, il contribue activement au développement, à la promotion et à l'implantation d'une culture d'amélioration continue. Grâce à sa maîtrise des outils Lean , Six Sigma et Toyota Production System (TPS), il accompagne et mobilise les équipes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation afin de générer des améliorations concrètes et durables.
VOTRE IMPACT AU QUOTIDIEN
Piloter des projets d'amélioration
Collaborer avec les différentes directions afin d'identifier et de réaliser des projets visant l'amélioration des procédés de fabrication et des indicateurs de performance de l'usine, en définissant leur portée et leur justification financière.
Accompagner et développer les équipes
Agir comme coach auprès des équipes dans leurs activités quotidiennes d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes. Participer au développement des connaissances des employés et animer des formations sur les outils Lean , Six Sigma et Toyota Production System (TPS).
Assurer l'expertise et le suivi des projets
Maintenir un haut niveau d'expertise dans l'utilisation des outils Lean , Six Sigma et TPS , tout en élaborant et en présentant les suivis des projets d'amélioration lors des rencontres régulières de l'usine et du corporatif.
LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Formation universitaire en génie industriel ou domaine connexe ou DEC dans une discipline pertinente;
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier, particulièrement en amélioration continue;
Certification Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) est un atout;
Excellente maîtrise des outils Lean , Six Sigma et Toyota Production System ;
Fortes habiletés en communication, animation, coaching et mobilisation d'équipes;
Approche terrain, autonomie, détermination, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter les échéanciers;
Bilinguisme français-anglais, parlé et écrit, notamment pour présenter des projets et résultats à des intervenants corporatifs anglophones.
