Manufacturing Assembly Operations Leader

Enhance operational performance as a Senior Manager in Manufacturing Assembly. Lead teams in producing electrical assemblies and control panels, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and delivery. You will be at the forefront of managing a diverse team in a manufacturing setting focused on electrical solutions. This role includes planning production schedules, supporting engineering projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will foster collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives across the board. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all manufacturing operations for electrical solutions
- Manage technical staff, including engineers and technicians
- Plan production sequences to meet operational targets
- Collaborate with Engineering on new product development
- Establish KPIs to monitor performance metrics
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 8 years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience in customized electrical assembly environments
- Understanding of electrical standards and Lean practices
- Strong communication and management skills
