In this managerial position, you will direct critical accounting and financial reporting activities. Your expertise will guide the corporate close process, ensuring precision and clarity in financial statements. You'll also play a central role in coaching your team and implementing automation strategies to boost operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the preparation of quarterly financial statements
  • Oversee monthly close and reconciliation processes
  • Coach accounting team members for skill development
  • Facilitate audits by liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of advanced accounting experience
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • CPA accreditation required
  • Proficient in accounting systems like OneStream
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
