Bilingual Fixed Asset Coordinator - 6 months contract

What you will do :

• Create purchase orders for refurbishments, equipment, and recurring services.
• Perform Goods Receipt.
• Manage the Fixed Assets shared mailbox and respond to inquiries.
• Process asset sales, scraps, buyouts, and disposals in the Field Service Management system (FSM).
• Research asset ownership and net book value (NBV) for AFD requests.
• Process and resolve FSM asset escalations.
• Prepare and validate inbound and outbound tank transfer files.
• Correct data issues including serial numbers, barcodes, tank sizes, and locations.
• Coordinate asset movements between yards, refurbishers, and disposal vendors.
• Create disposal files and process scrap transactions.
• Maintain accurate asset records and ensure successful system uploads.

What you bring:

• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
• Bilingualism French-English is mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to research, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Experience with ERP, asset management, or inventory systems preferred.
• Fixed asset, logistics, accounting, procurement, or operations experience preferred.
