Full time and Part time Line cook

Job Responsibility:

Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. This is a dynamic position that requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats- Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and customer preferences- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order completion- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed

Skills:- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality- Leadership skills to supervise junior kitchen staff effectively
