We're looking for a Proposal and Research Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. This is not your average administrative role - we need someone who can think critically, work independently, and support our engineers and architects by crafting clear, persuasive proposals and documents for new and ongoing projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
Researching and drafting proposals for new projects, often with minimal guidance.
Writing and editing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related submissions.
Reviewing office-wide documents for clarity, grammar, spelling, and consistency.
Adapting and updating existing materials to suit new project opportunities.
Collaborating with technical staff to understand project scope and deliverables.
Asking thoughtful questions and proactively seeking missing information.
Ensuring our written work reflects high professional standards.

What We're Looking For:
Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills
A curious and analytical mindset - you enjoy figuring things out and asking why?
Confidence to push back diplomatically and maintain high standards
Familiarity with architecture, engineering, or construction industries (preferred)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Previous experience with proposals, technical writing, or business development documentation (a strong asset)

Ideally you will have:
Experience reviewing or writing technical content.
Familiarity with RFP processes in Canada.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, or layout/design tools.
