What will your typical day look like?

 

The Sustainability & Infrastructure team is part of the global Deloitte firm. We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and brand amplification sprints in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with strong marketing strategy, campaign development and management skills.

The professional will work with the Global Sustainability & Infrastructure team at the intersection of businesses, technology alliances, and industries to orchestrate marketing campaigns and amplify our brand in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially powerful ways. The professional will drive end to end ownership and orchestration of marketing campaigns, internal and external digital and event presence, and stakeholder influence for a variety of Sustainability & Infrastructure domains. Projects involve collaboration with Global colleagues, a global network of marketing leaders, and senior leaders in Deloitte’s Global Sustainability & Infrastructure team. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end marketing projects and integrated campaigns—from scoping and build through launch, measurement, and optimization—ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery 
• Translate business goals into marketing objectives and investment recommendations 
• Establish campaign strategy (story, audience, channel mix) and drive multi-channel execution with internal teams and agencies
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and governance; use results to refine targeting, messaging, and future plans
• Lead content and creative delivery with internal teams and agencies—planning cycles, brand-compliant assets, and quality-controlled content across key formats
• Use AI to enhance efficiency and creativity in all deliverables
• Project manage with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams 

 

 

 

About the team

The Global Sustainability & Climate team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our sustainability & climate services.

• 5 years experience in marketing, preferably with profressional services firm with focus on integrated marketing, encompassing campaign management, communications, operations, and performance reporting
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive consensus, and negotiate effectively
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities to solve complex challenges
• Demonstrates compelling and articulate communicator, excelling in executive presentations, persuasive writing, and impactful stakeholder messaging
• Deep editorial expertise spanning digital (web, mobile, social media) and traditional print channels
• Highly adaptable and agile, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced, and hybrid work environments, with meticulous attention to detail and proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives

 

 

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
