Drive insurance technology delivery for Manulife’s New Business and Underwriting initiatives in Toronto, managing releases, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.As Technical Program Manager, you will oversee complex IT delivery across insurance application journeys. Your work spans evidence collection, risk assessment, case management, decisioning, and policy issuance. Apply program management experience alongside test governance, regulatory readiness, modernization, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines in regulated environments.Key Responsibilities:
Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and communicationsOversee testing, release readiness, stabilization, and evaluationCoordinate evidence collection and risk assessment technology deliverySupport decisioning, policy issuance, and case management journeysMitigate technical risks and ensure operational readinessRequirements:
Three to five years of technical program management experienceThree or more years delivering life insurance technology solutionsFamiliarity with life insurance operations and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of test-driven development, parallel testing, defect triage, and sign-offExperience delivering complex IT modernization in regulated environmentsUse delivery management, test governance, and insurance operations knowledge to advance Manulife’s Toronto New Business technology programs.
