Oversee multiple initiatives and monitor portfolio progress against prioritiesGuide project managers on scope, budgets, milestones, and delivery plansIdentify risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery constraintsPrepare executive updates, decision materials, and escalation summariesLead, coach, and develop project managers and delivery professionalsRequirements:
Five to eight years of project delivery experienceExperience leading cross-portfolio initiatives in matrixed environmentsKnowledge of waterfall, agile, SDLC, and project governanceExperience using Planview, ServiceNow, and JIRADegree or diploma in technology, business, or related fieldBring technology delivery leadership, governance expertise, and people management skills to CIBC’s Toronto-based hybrid environment.
