Senior Technology Delivery Program Lead

Drive end-to-end delivery execution for EQ Bank’s highly complex technology programs, balancing business value, customer outcomes, and delivery governance.Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Senior Technical Program Manager leads multiple interdependent teams and domains. The work involves resolving ambiguity, managing technical and non-technical dependencies, and influencing senior stakeholders without authority. Clear visibility remains central.Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery coordination from initiation through implementation and transitionNegotiate decisions, capacity, and priorities with senior stakeholdersPresent options, trade-offs, recommendations, and required decisionsInfluence roadmap planning through dependency and sequencing analysisResolve or escalate material delivery constraints across organizational boundariesRequirements:
Demonstrated success delivering highly complex technology programsSeven or more years leading full-lifecycle technology deliveryAbility to structure ambiguous problems and drive timely decisionsKnowledge of governance, controls, risk, and change managementAbility to influence across functions without direct authorityUse strategic delivery leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical problem-solving to advance complex technology programs at EQ Bank.
