Senior Integration Developer In this role you will take a lead role within the Field Support Team writing web applicationsthat are typically based on an ArcX designed platform and are deployed internallyto various industrial clients to support manufacturing. The application hasmultiple parts including a JavaScript server-side API that communicates withan event-based document database, an administrative front-end, and HTML deviceinterfaces that control ArcX industrial hardware. Experience with JavaScript(both server and client), HTML, CSS, client frameworks (like Angular) and databaseknowledge is a must. More mature technologies like ASPX and .NET would be an asset in this position.You will report to the respective Product Owner and are expected to interface withthe development team to accomplish tasks such as defining and implementing newfeatures, reproducing and fixing reported issues, remotely supporting clientswith deployment/configuration/maintenance, and developer-level testing.Previous experience with a manufacturing execution system is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development testing of web applications for industrial clients, leveraging the ArcX platform
- Proficiently work with both front-end and back-end JavaScript
- Integrate applications with various systems to ensure seamless interoperability
- Design and implement automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Provide remote support to clients for deployment, configuration, and maintenance
- Conduct developer-level testing and assist in issue resolution
Required Skills:
- JavaScript development for server-side and client-side
- HTML, CSS
- Angular
- Node.js
- UX design and implementation using web technologies
- Document-based databases
- Docker
- Automated builds (e.g., Jenkins)
- Source control and code review
- Minimum 5 years of experience
Skills Considered an Asset:
- Interfacing with industrial hardware & embedded devices
- Previous experience with a manufacturing execution system
- Experience designing MES applications
- .NET, C#., ASPX
