We are seeking a skilled Intermediate QE Developer to join our iForms team. You bring solid automation experience, a strong background in application testing, and a collaborative mindset focused on delivering value as part of a team. You're comfortable creating foundational test plans, understanding the functionality behind features and code, and building automation from existing manual test cases.

Flexible Work: This role is full-time remote working with other remote members of the iForms team.

Your role in our future

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for the iForms platform to ensure quality and seamless release to our customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test plans, cases, and scenarios for new features and enhancements.

• Develop and execute manual and automated testing to validate application performance, usability, security, and scalability.

• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Assist in defining quality standards and best practices, ensuring their application across the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and discussions to advocate for quality at every stage of development.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing to continuously improve QA processes.

• Provide clear and concise documentation of test cases, results, and defect reports.

Your profile

• 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or software development with a focus on testing web applications.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices for both manual and automated testing.

• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Playwright (preferred) Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of frontend and backend testing concepts.

• Proven ability to identify, document, and track software defects and work collaboratively to resolve them.

• Experience in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing issues.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

This position has a salary range of $82,000.00 - $105,000.00
