About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Markham ON! In this role youll have the opportunity to design build and optimize powerful ServiceNow solutions that drive real business impact. If youre passionate about the Now Platform and thrive in a collaborative tech environment we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow applications modules and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades patching and ongoing system maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents bugs and performance issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ITSM ITOM or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
