Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car/Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales operations of our pre-owned vehicle department, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the used car department, including inventory, pricing, and merchandising- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets- Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff to achieve performance goals- Evaluate trade-ins and set competitive pricing for used vehicles- Monitor market trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process- Collaborate with finance and service departments to enhance overall customer
- Sell service products.
- Contact different banks for financing options, and different leasing company for leasing options.
experience
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in the used car segment- Strong understanding of phone etiquette and customer service principles- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus- Experience in outside sales or retail sales environments- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of market trends and multilingual abilities are advantageous- Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financial calculations- Prior experience in sales management roles is preferred
