Sales & Education Leader for Retail Excellence in Cosmetics

Lead retail transformation as a Sales & Education Leader. Achieve sales targets, develop marketing strategies, and nurture Beauty Advisors for success in the cosmetics sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the retail landscape through strategic leadership and operational oversight. You will collaborate with retail management to enhance performance, devise marketing initiatives, and conduct impactful training programs. Cultivate a strong brand presence while mentoring Beauty Advisors to maximize their contributions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive achievement of sales expectations for retail accounts
- Develop and execute marketing plans effectively
- Analyze retail results for continuous improvement
- Mentor and support Beauty Advisors in stores
- Execute promotional events to elevate brand engagement
- University degree or diploma in Business field
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales
- Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiating skills
- Travel capability with a valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
