Job Responsibility:
Escape Manor, an immersive entertainment experience, in Hamilton! We offer Escape Experiences, Axe Throwing, Bocce Ball, Kitchen, Bar and Two Interactive Games Lounges! We are looking for some key players in our Escape Experience team.
Ideally speaking, you are very comfortable in your own skin, and in front of other people. You often like to be the star of the show. You are personable, have great communication skills, and are capable of doing many things at once, whilst maintaining a pleasant and entertaining veneer.
As an Escape Room Host with Escape Manor, you will be an ambassador of guest service and hospitality.
Job Details
Require ments:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to dazzle and charm
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- theater. drama, acting or performance training is an asset
- Hospitality experience is an asset
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism is valuable
Job Profile:
- Host escape rooms in an enthusiastic and professional manner
- Managing/Re-setting props in Escape Rooms after use
- Manage the reception experience
- Accept reservations and make modifications to bookings
- Serve food and beverage items in our licensed lounge
- Engage guests and ensure a first-class experience
- Create a memorable experience for all guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
