Job Responsibility:
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Optician to join our team in a private optometry office. Great opportunity to work with doctors and collaborate with surrounding healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Duties:- Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and vision needs- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed- Educate customers on proper eyewear care and usage- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records- Collaborate with eye care professionals to ensure optimal customer experience
Skills:- Experience in optical laboratory work- Proficiency in retail sales, including upselling and cross-selling techniques- Strong sales skills to meet and exceed revenue targets- Knowledge of retail management practices- Ability to perform optical measurements accurately
