Join our well-established medical aesthetics clinic in Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver. With over 15 years of experience and a loyal patient base, we are known for providing personalized care in a professional and welcoming environment.

We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Medical Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys creating exceptional patient experiences and has a genuine interest in medical aesthetics and skincare.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and ensure a warm, professional experience from arrival to departure
• Manage telephone calls, emails, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate consultations, treatments, and patient care plans
• Provide clear and accurate information about treatments, services, and skincare products
• Maintain patient records and support daily administrative and clinical operations
• Assist with treatment-room preparation, inventory, and general clinic organization as needed
• Build lasting patient relationships through thoughtful and attentive service
• Support clinic booking, retention, and sales goals

• Professional, personable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident delivering elevated customer service
• Passionate about medical aesthetics, skincare, and patient care
• Comfortable discussing services and recommending appropriate products or consultations
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, healthcare, reception, sales, or luxury customer service is considered an asset
