About Us:
We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Administrator , you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK.
Working closely with the HR Manager & Operations team, you'll provide end-to-end recruitment administration support, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
Maintain online candidate records.
Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
Provide general admin support to the Operations team.
Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: R7,500 per month
40 days paid leave per year

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
Confident using Outlook, Excel, and data-capturing tools.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
Self-motivated and able to meet daily and weekly targets.
Have your own computer/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
