Senior Commercial Growth Manager

Drive commercial growth through strategic planning, budgeting, and customer development in a senior commercial management role. Lead teams while improving revenue and margin performance.This Commercial Manager position oversees a defined commercial area and translates commercial vision into executable plans. You will guide commercial teams, manage customer relationships, develop new business, and support strategic initiatives. The role also requires commercial reporting, budget ownership, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual commercial plans and budgets for approvalLead commercial teams and coach direct reportsDevelop relationships with existing and new customersCoordinate new business development activities and market penetrationExecute strategic initiatives within the commercial areaRequirements:
Seven or more years in a similar industryManagement or senior experience in commercial, marketing, or business developmentProven record of delivering commercial growthExperience managing strategic commercial development projectsPreferred degree in business management, commercial, or marketingUse commercial leadership, customer development, and strategic planning to grow revenue, margin, markets, and team capability.
