Remote Account Service Manager at Geek+

Geek+

Elevate customer relationships remotely as an Account Service Manager with Geek+. This role focuses on retaining enterprise accounts across the U.S. and Latin America, requiring fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese. Geek+ is a leader in Autonomous Mobile Robot solutions and seeks an Account Service Manager to foster post-deployment customer engagement. You will communicate directly with technical teams while driving growth in service revenue and ensuring SLA compliance. Your ability to manage and nurture customer relationships will play a critical role in operational performance. Key Responsibilities:

Own strategic relationships with enterprise accounts
Drive service revenue through contract renewals
Conduct Business Reviews to assess account health
Manage account profitability and invoicing
Coordinate issue resolution across teams

Requirements:

2-10 years in account management or customer success
Proven relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Technical background in robotics or automation
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
