Hybrid Change Management Consultant Burnaby

Drive transformation as a Change Management Consultant for a Capital Project Management System in Burnaby, British Columbia. Lead the change efforts for standardized project practices and enhance governance processes through your expertise. This role requires a minimum of 7 years in change management supporting IMT-enabled transformations. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to address stakeholder readiness and engagement, while implementing change management principles and strategies. Your mission is to facilitate the adoption of new practices among approximately 200 employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change diagnostics and stakeholder assessments
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Support leadership alignment and change readiness
- Provide decision support throughout project planning
- Assess and enhance change leadership capabilities
- 7+ years in organizational change management
- Proven experience with transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
- Prosci Certification or equivalent
