Le Responsable des Ventes Internes Bilingue, Skyline Capital, mettra à profit ses compétences et son expérience en gestion des relations pour maintenir le plus haut niveau d'excellence en matière d'expérience client pour les investisseurs, tout en soutenant l'objectif commun de Skyline de créer une valeur significative et une expérience exceptionnelle pour nos clients, nos employés et nos communautés.

Ce que vous ferez
  • Coordonner la production d’analyse de marché et de documents de recherche spécialisés visant à informer les conseillers en investissement et les gestionnaires de portefeuille actuels et potentiels sur les offres de Skyline.
  • Éduquer, former et motiver les conseillers en investissement et les professionnels de la finance afin de favoriser des partenariats et de renforcer les relations d’accroître la part de marché de Skyline sur le territoire, et de développer des prospects de haute qualité pour le vice-président régional.
  • Soutenir le vice-président régional dans la préparation des réunions avec les clients, des tournées promotionnelles, des événements et des présentations
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de Group Capital pour augmenter les ventes et la part de marché en effectuant des appels de vente proactifs auprès des conseillers en investissement et des gestionnaires de portefeuille, nouveaux et existants.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations avec les conseillers et les entreprises institutionnelles dans le but d’obtenir des offres de services consultatifs et/ou de suites d'investissement de portefeuille.
  • Fournir des informations fiables et en temps opportun aux investisseurs actuels et potentiels, et soutenir les investisseurs existants et éventuels.
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle afin de maintenir un excellent niveau de satisfaction.
En quoi consiste le rôle
  • Créer et mettre en œuvre votre plan d'affaires en collaboration avec le vice-président régional, pour le territoire géographique qui vous est assigné.
  • Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles occasions d’affaires à travers des appels de vente proactifs auprès de conseillers en investissement nouveaux et existants, en repérant et en développant des opportunités à l’aide de techniques de vente conceptuelle.
  • Conseiller et proposer des idées à valeur ajoutée sur les produits et services de Skyline afin de soutenir les conseillers dans un environnement d’affaires en constante évolution, en initiant des appels de vente proactifs pour établir un partenariat de vente avec les conseillers de votre territoire.
  • Fournir un soutien continu aux courtiers et distributeurs en ce qui concerne le rendement du marché et des fonds, ainsi que l’examen des profils de portefeuille.
Quelles sont les qualifications
  • Un diplôme d’études postsecondaires est requis.
  • La réussite d’un programme de formation dans le secteur des services financiers est requise: CSC ou CFA niveau I.
  • Une volonté d’explorer des idées nouvelles et créatives, la motivation d'obtenir des résultats, dévouées et énergiques, ainsi que de solides compétences en communication - tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Un intérêt et une curiosité pour les marchés de capitaux et leur lien avec l’industrie des fonds.
  • L’obtention du CFA, CFP ou CIM serait un atout, mais n’est pas obligatoire
  • La connaissance du français et de l'anglais est requise pour soutenir les conseillers en investissement, les gestionnaires de portefeuille et les membres de l'équipe à l’intérieur et/ou à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.

  • Connaissance - des investissements sur le marché dispensé et expérience avérée en conseil financier. Vous avez également la capacité de résoudre des problèmes et de planifier de manière efficace et indépendante.
  • Expérience - au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des investissements.

This position would be based out of Quebec and would be remote.

Job Description
The Bilingual Inside Sales, Skyline Capital position will utilize their strong relationship management skills and experience to maintain the highest level of excellence in customer experience for investors while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people and our communities.

What you will be doing:
  • Coordinate the production of market insights and specialized research materials aimed at information current and prospective Investment advisors and Portfolio managers on Skyline's offerings.
  • Will educate, train and motivate Investment advisors and financial professionals to foster partnerships and stronger relationships, to increase Skyline’s market share in the territory and develop high quality leads for the Regional Vice-President.
  • Support the Regional Vice President in the preparation of client meetings, roadshows, events, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Group Capital team to increase sales and market share by conducting proactive sales calls with new and existing Investment advisors and Portfolio managers.
  • Develop and foster relationships with Advisors and Institutional firms with the goal of getting Advisory and/or portfolio investment suite offerings.
  • Provide reliable and timely information to current and prospective investors and support prospective and existing investors.
  • Provide client support to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
What The Role Is All About:
  • Create and implement your business plan in collaboration with the Regional Vice-President, for your assigned geographic territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls to new and existing investment advisors by uncovering and developing opportunities through proactive sales calls and utilizing conceptual selling techniques.
  • Advise & give value-add ideas about Skyline products & services to support advisors in an ever-changing business environment by initiating proactive sales calls to build a sales partnership with advisors in your territory.
  • Provide ongoing support to dealers & brokers regarding market & fund performance, as well as review portfolio profiles
What Are The Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree is required.
  • Successful completion of a financial services industry program course is required: CSC or CFA Level I.
  • A willingness to pursue new and creative ideas, the motivation to achieve results, dedicated & energetic, strong communication skills – both verbal & written.
  • An interest and curiosity in capital markets and how they relate to the fund industry.
  • Completion of the CFA, CFP or CIM would be an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of French and English is required to support Investment advisors and Portfolio managers and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec.

  • Experience - at least 3 years related investment management experience.
