Shift: 11.5 HRs

Wage: $47.00 - $50.40

Travel/Accommodations/Meals: Per Site Specific Allowance

About the Role:

As an Underground Haul Truck Operator at Dumas, you will safely operate haul trucks to transport ore and waste material from development headings to designated dump points. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in challenging underground conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate underground haul trucks to move ore and waste efficiently.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, including loading and dumping zones.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate haulage.
• Ensure compliance with Dumas and site-specific safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment, reporting all issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet all targets.
• Participate in workplace inspections and hazard assessments.

Qualifications:

• Ontario Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core.
• Previous experience operating underground haul trucks or similar heavy equipment.
• Strong safety record and ability to work in confined spaces.
• Excellent safety record and commitment to safe work practices.
