Senior Accountant – 6 Month Contract

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to assist with the month-end close process and support full-cycle accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general accounting, financial reporting, and a comprehensive understanding of the accounting cycle from journal entries through to financial statement preparation.

About You

· Accounting Designation

·5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting

· Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

· Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
