A significant focus on AI-enabled fraud detection solutions will enhance operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide AI project delivery from inception to deployment
- Define and manage strategic delivery roadmaps
- Lead a talented team of AI/ML professionals
- Execute on hands-on AI engineering tasks as warranted
- Collaborate with senior leaders to pinpoint AI opportunities
- 8+ years in AI, ML, or data science roles
- Expertise in technologies including Python, MLOps
- Experience with financial crime solutions
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Relevant degree, Master’s preferred
