- Collaborate to ensure alignment in photography operations
- Research and evaluate innovative photography technologies
- Plan and execute improvement projects aligned with company goals
- Manage the photography department budget efficiently
- Structure training for photographers and studio teams
- Recognized photography skills and relevant diploma
- At least 2 years in people management
- Proficient in French; English for communication when needed
- Basic Photoshop skills and team scheduling experience
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities
