Description du poste :

Nos techniciens de service sur le terrain ont une possibilité unique de mettre à profit leur expérience technique en collaborant avec des professionnels de la santé et en dirigeant des initiatives techniques dans le domaine de la technologie des dispositifs médicaux. Vous serez responsable de diriger une équipe chargée d'installer, de mettre à jour, d'effectuer la maintenance préventive et d'autres services nécessaires pour les dispositifs médicaux, notamment les pompes à perfusion et les batteries dans les hôpitaux des États-Unis, tout en offrant un service client exceptionnel. C'est une excellente occasion pour vous de développer vos compétences techniques dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux!

Il s'agit d'un poste de déplacement à 100%. Déplacements locaux, régionaux et nationaux requis.
  • Assurer une communication continue et un soutien à la clientèle au personnel hospitalier sur place.
  • Assurer l'organisation, tester et mettre à jour les dispositifs médicaux, installer et configurer le matériel, les logiciels et les produits réseau.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de routine et enregistrer les données des tests de produits après l'installation et la configuration.
  • Documenter et soumettre des données quotidiennes tout en maintenant des normes élevées de documentation de qualité de support produit.
  • Engagement à temps plein nécessitant des déplacements locaux, régionaux et nationaux.
  • Horaire basé sur des affectations avec un engagement de 40 heures par semaine et des heures supplémentaires au besoin.
  • Accomplir d'autres tâches à la discrétion de la direction.


Exigences du poste :

  • Diplôme d'associé, ou programmes de formation militaire équivalents, ou expérience équivalente en service sur le terrain biomédical ou technique. (1+ années d'expérience sur le terrain)
  • Solides compétences informatiques avec la capacité de résoudre les problèmes de configuration de projet, les problèmes techniques et les clôtures à distance dans plusieurs programmes logiciels.
  • Un sens des affaires professionnel et des compétences en communication efficaces sont requis.
  • Personne motivée capable de travailler de manière autonome ou en collaboration au sein d'une équipe, requise.
  • Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation pour garantir l'achèvement à temps des tâches du projet.
  • Un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction ainsi qu'un véhicule personnel pour les tâches locales liées au travail sont requis pour ce poste.
  • Capacité à rester en position assise et debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu'à 70 livres, requise.
  • Capacité à satisfaire aux exigences d'accréditation des fournisseurs hospitaliers, la fourniture d'une preuve du statut vaccinal, est requise.
  • Doit avoir un véhicule personnel en bon état de marche pour les déplacements locaux.
  • Doit résider à 45 minutes - 1 heure d'un AÉROPORT INTERNATIONAL ou PRINCIPAL. Les candidats résidant à moins de 48 km (30 miles) d'un aéroport principal sont privilégiés. Déplacements hebdomadaires requis.

Qualifications utiles :
  • Expérience dans des rôles de technicien biomédical, de réseautage, militaire ou sur le terrain
  • Expérience de travail dans un rôle technique au sein d'un environnement de soins de santé.
  • Solides compétences informatiques et aisance dans le dépannage des applications Microsoft Office, notamment Outlook, Excel, Word et OneNote, etc.

Position Description:

Must be Fluent in English and French to be considered

Our Field Service Technicians experience a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will be responsible for leading a team installing, updating, completing preventative maintenance and other services as needed for medical devices including infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for you to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry!

This is a 100% travel position. Local, Regional and National travel required.
  • Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
  • Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
  • Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
  • Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support quality documentation.
  • Full-time commitment requiring travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week and overtime as needed.
  • Complete other duties at the discretion of management.


Job Requirements:

  • Associate degree, or equivalent military training programs, or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience. (1+ years field experience)
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot project setup, technical issues, and closeouts remotely within multiple software programs.
  • Professional business acumen and effective communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently or collaboratively within a team, required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure on-time completion of project assignments.
  • An active and unrestricted driver license, and a personal vehicle for local work-related assignments are both required.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 70 pounds, required.
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including providing proof of vaccination status is required.
  • Must have personal vehicle in good running condition for local travel assignments
  • Must be within 45 minutes - 1 hour of INTERNATIONAL or MAJOR AIRPORT. Candidates within 30 miles of major airport preferred. Weekly travel required.

Beneficial Qualifications:
  • Background in biomedical, networking, military, or field-based technician roles
  • Experience working in a technical role within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with troubleshooting with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneNote, etc.
