Marketing Strategy Manager at IESO
Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO)
Lead IESO's marketing strategy as the Senior Manager in Toronto, ON, fostering a powerful online brand presence. This hybrid role integrates web content strategy and audience education through marketing. In this impactful role, you will ensure that the IESO’s digital channels align with strategic objectives, effectively promoting energy efficiency initiatives. You will manage teams and guide the overall branding efforts for both corporate messaging and community engagement via Save on Energy programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the web strategy for optimal user engagement
- Manage and enhance social media presence and strategies
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for public education
- Oversee branding for IESO and Save on Energy initiatives
- Collaborate on design content with various teams
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or public relations
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills
- Strong capability in risk assessment related to public perception
- Proven experience in team supervision and development
- University degree or equivalent preferred
