Marketing Manager - Mighty Protein

Overview Mighty Protein is a new high‑protein chicken snack line that offers 12g of complete protein per stick with zero sugar and no fillers. We are looking for a Manager to lead the brand to become Canada’s #1 protein snack.

Opportunity As Manager, Mighty Protein you will act as the general manager of the brand, lead day‑to‑day category management, develop and execute growth strategies, drive product innovation, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Own launch and growth of Mighty Protein in Canada.

Develop and execute category and product growth strategies based on 3Cs and 4Ps.

Lead cross‑functional partners for product development, packaging, operations, sales, and finance.

Analyze consumer insights and data to identify trends and opportunities.

Work with Revenue Growth Management and Sales to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotions.

Collaborate with brand and agency partners to craft social‑first marketing campaigns.

Build retailer‑ready programs with shopper marketing to drive distribution.

Track performance, report wins, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven brand and category management or innovation experience in CPG.

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Experience in food or functional protein space is a plus.
