Position Overview  

Porsche Centre Vancouver is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Assistant to support the Sales Team and Porsche Pros (Delivery Specialists). This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional luxury client experience by ensuring all showroom and inventory vehicles consistently meet Porsche presentation standards.

Reporting to the Sales Management team, the Sales Assistant contributes to the overall success of the dealership by maintaining vehicle readiness, supporting sales appointments and deliveries, and ensuring the showroom, lot, and delivery areas are organized and client-ready at all times. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires adaptability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to quality.

  The expected pay for this position is $21.00 per hour.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

· Ensure all showroom and inventory vehicles consistently meet Porsche presentation standards

· Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles for showroom display, test drives, and client deliveries

· Support sales appointments, deliveries, and events by assisting with vehicle movement on the lot and within the showroom

· Monitor vehicle battery levels, identify depleted batteries, and coordinate recharging as required

· Organize vehicle inventory in a neat, orderly, and visually appealing manner

· Prepare and maintain delivery areas to ensure a professional and seamless client handover experience

· Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, including vehicle interiors, exterior areas, and operational zones

· Assist with snow and ice removal from vehicles, entrances, and delivery areas during winter months

· Provide ongoing support to Sales Consultants, Porsche Pros, and Management to ensure smooth sales and delivery operations

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall sales operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications Required  

· Valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract

· Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality presentation standards

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

· Comfortable operating vehicles and related equipment safely and responsibly

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities

· Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

· Interest in the automotive industry and contributing to a client-focused environment

· Ability to adapt in a dynamic, sales-driven setting

· Legally entitled to work in Canada
