Mortgage Underwriter - Hybrid Role

You'll be critical in facilitating quality transactions while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Make informed credit decisions on mortgage files
- Analyze and verify mortgage applications thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with all underwriting standards
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Manage pipeline and service level agreements
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending
- Deep knowledge of mortgage products and risk assessment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented culture
