Interim Food Manufacturing Site Leader

Elevate a food manufacturing operation as the Interim General Manager. This pivotal role focuses on driving operational excellence and robust performance metrics. Locating in the Greater Toronto Area, this interim position oversees a manufacturing site with around 500 employees. You will lead critical operational functions and implement structured initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability. Your hands-on presence will be vital in addressing execution challenges and improving overall results. Key Responsibilities:

Manage comprehensive P&L and operations
Spearhead efforts in Supply Chain and Quality assurance
Drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements
Assess and address operational inefficiencies
Strengthen site leadership and accountability

Requirements:

Extensive experience in senior manufacturing roles
Background in industrial or food manufacturing sectors
Proven success with sizable sites and operational transformation
Structured, data-oriented leadership approach
Previous interim leadership roles beneficial
