Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Representative)
Full
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, e-mails
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with client inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records in an easy to use practice management system
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and providing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Prepare medication requests, filling approved prescription medication requests
Skills
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recored keeping
As a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Representative), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and their beloved pets. We would like to welcome a compassionate, friendly, caring individual with strong organizational skills who is able to handle multiple responsibilities to allow for a smooth operation of our veterinary practice.
Trillium Lakes Animal Hospital opened their doors in June 2022 and we are growing fast. We are a progressive private practice, providing exceptional individual care to our patients and clients.
