Our client, a Top 5 bank in Canada is looking to hire a
Business Analyst for an initial 6 Month contract with a high possibility of extension. This role is 1-2 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.
As the Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Wood Gundy's secure digital servicing platform, Wood Gundy Online (WGOL). You will be responsible for the solution design and execution of enhancements aimed at elevating both client and advisor experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative digital projects that improve client enrollment processes and automate communication journeys.
- Solution Design and Execution: Lead the design and implementation of enhancements to the Wood Gundy Online platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Client Journey Optimization: Support the evolution of client journeys by developing streamlined enrollment processes and automated communication strategies that enhance the client experience.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Engage with vendors, stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional digital teams to drive innovation and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations while managing resources effectively.
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes and systems, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication and Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating project objectives, updates, and outcomes, and providing guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Business analyst experience - 5+ year
- Experience working on a digital client portal - 2+ years
- Requirement gathering - BRD documents - 5+ years
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with launching an email journey supporting client servicing
- Experience salesforce marketing cloud experience
- Banking experience
- CIBC experience
- Wealth management experience
