Compensation Manager for K-12 Education

- Advise on compensation strategies for district-wide decisions
- Lead job evaluations and classification reviews
- Facilitate relationships with unions and school districts
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and frameworks
- Conduct compensation analysis to identify trends
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in compensation roles
- At least 2 years in labour relations
- Comprehensive knowledge of public-sector governance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
