Ascent Medical Clinic
Join Ascent Medical Clinic as a Family Physician in vibrant White Rock, BC. This position emphasizes comprehensive primary care and collaboration with an in-house team to enhance patient health outcomes. We are seeking a full-time Family Physician for our new clinic opening in fall 2026. You will focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, and integrated care while facilitating timely referrals. Our environment fosters a patient-centered approach supported by the latest in clinical technology and efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventative care
- Manage chronic diseases and integrate care with specialists
- Facilitate timely referrals for patients as needed
- Embrace innovative practices and continuous improvement
- Utilize electronic medical records and clinical technologies
- MD or equivalent with Family Medicine residency
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP preferred)
- Broad knowledge across lifespan and women's/men's health
- Familiarity with MSP billing practices in BC
- Experience in longitudinal care and mental health
