Voici comment vous contribuerez à changer les choses:
- Offrez un excellent service à la clientèle en traitant les transactions de façon à répondre aux besoins de la clientèle
- Veillez à l’exactitude du tiroir-caisse conformément aux politiques et aux procédures de l’entreprise
- Utiliser le comptoir du service à la clientèle en suivant toutes les procédures relatives à la vente de billets de loterie, aux remboursements, au retour de bouteilles et aux demandes de renseignements
- Entretenez la marchandise du rayon du service
- Participez à la formation des employés subalternes
- Respectez et mettez en œuvre toutes les normes applicables de l’entreprise
- Soutenez d’autres services et fonctions en effectuant des tâches supplémentaires, au besoin
