- Open and bill all client files accurately
- Coordinate calendars for various meetings
- Handle client communications regarding estate planning
- Draft estate planning documents for varied jurisdictions
- Oversee the maintenance of organized client files
- Law Clerk certification from a recognized college
- 5-7 years of experience in Wills and Estates preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Capable of managing competing deadlines under pressure
