- Preparing and managing resident leass and rental documents
- Handling office paper work and administrative duties
- Maintaining resident fies and records
- aAnswering phones, emails, and general inquiries
- checking up on homes and updates documents
- Assisting residents and families with administrative matters
- Data entry, filing, and general office organization
- Assisting mamagement with day to day administrative task
