This M&A Advisory role spans sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, divestitures, and strategic advisory work. You will maintain client relationships, coordinate transaction workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout each process.Key Responsibilities:
Execute complex transactions from launch through closingCoordinate clients, buyers, investors, attorneys, accountants, and advisorsDevelop client relationships and provide transaction guidanceMonitor market trends, industries, and M&A activitySupport pitches, research, and prospect outreachRequirements:
Five to ten or more years of banking experienceExperience managing complex sell-side and buy-side transactionsExcellent project management and organizational abilitiesStrong written and verbal executive communication skillsProven leadership managing junior bankers and transaction teamsUse transaction leadership, market awareness, and executive communication skills to advise clients through varied M&A assignments.
